Includes discovery, a review of one defined workflow, written recommendations, a practical action plan and a 30-minute follow-up.

For businesses that want a broader look at how their systems and workflows fit together. We'll review up to three connected workflows, identify gaps and unnecessary work, and develop a prioritised plan for what to improve.

Includes discovery, appropriate research, written recommendations and a 60-minute review call.

Once we know what needs changing, I can help you explore and implement the right solution. That might involve improving existing tools, connecting systems, reducing manual administration or developing practical dashboards.

I'm Marie, founder of Tech Off My Plate

I spent more than 20 years working in corporate environments before building and running my own businesses. I've seen how much difference good systems can make, and how frustrating technology becomes when it creates more work than it saves.

Alongside my consultancy work, I manage business operations, develop workflows and work on digital systems within my own businesses. That means I understand both the technology and the realities of running a business.

I enjoy getting into the detail, asking the questions that matter and finding an approach that makes sense for the people who'll actually use it.

This is my why. I love seeing a business skyrocket the moment I remove the tech blockers holding it back.

Who do you work with?

I work with business owners who want to improve how their systems and technology support the way they work. You don't need a technical background or a particular type of business to get started.

Do I need to know which service I want?

No. Book an introductory call and we'll work out which option makes sense for what you're trying to achieve.

What's the difference between a Working Session and a Systems Review?

A Working Session is for tackling a specific, defined issue together. A Systems Review is a more detailed assessment of how part of your business operates, followed by written recommendations and an action plan.

Can you implement the recommendations?

Where the work is within my scope, yes. Implementation is quoted separately so you can decide whether you'd like help putting the recommendations into practice.

Do I need to buy new software?

Not necessarily. Often the best starting point is making better use of what you already have.

Can you help if I'm considering an app or new platform?

Yes. We can assess your requirements, compare options and look at feasibility and ongoing costs before you commit to development.

Do you work remotely or in person?

Both, depending on the service and location. We'll agree on the most suitable format before booking.

Is the introductory call free?

Yes. It's a free 20-minute conversation to understand what you need and establish whether I can help. Detailed consultancy, research and technical work take place through paid services.
